  2. When your member or employee is ready to buy or sell a home, one phone call to us gets things started.
  3. We assign a Personal Transaction Assistant who provides support throughout the process. We also assign a real estate agent from our network and set up an initial meeting.
  4. Every detail of the transaction is handled by the agent and closely monitored by the Transaction Assistant, who is always available to answer questions.
  5. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, the Transaction Assistant will support and assist the participant.
  6. Your employee or member will receive his or her cash rebate from 1-2-3 HomeKeys within 15 days
    following close of escrow.
